QC UM Churches’ Collaborative Confirmation Class

The photos below highlight some of the events from last Sunday’s gathering of confirmation youth, mentors, chaperones and pastors from Aledo UMC, Bethel-Wesley UMC, Christ UMC, Colona UMC, Illinois City UMC, Orion UMC, Port Byron UMC, Reynolds & Taylor Ridge UMCs, Riverside UMC, Trinity UMC, and Two Rivers UMC.  Twenty-nine youth and eleven adults participated in learning modules and engaging games.  The pastors, church staff and volunteers led worship and served delicious refreshments.  

Each of the youth will continue the confirmation process in their respective churches and the combined group of youth from the area UM churches will gather again in October, November and January.
